Where do you want to travel?  Athens, Greece?  Moscow, Russia? Milan, Italy? Houston, USA? Santiago, Chile????  This is the question?  Once you figure out where you want to go, I can help get you there!

Want to see remote islands in the Indian Ocean?  Paris?  Everyone says Paris is the city of Lights and Love!  Let's go there, you say.  No problem.  I can help and would be happy to help!

Do I ever stop thinking about this or that travel deal?

Not for long.  I love to travel.  I have traveled to more destinations that I ever felt that I would/could/should.  I feel blessed to have traveled so very much.  Easter is coming up on Sunday and we should stop and be thankful for what we have been given each day.  There are rare moments throughout my day when I don't think about traveling, but that is basically when I am in deep thought about work OR at home here and there.

If you love to do something, do it.  I love to travel, so I travel.  My hope is to travel throughout most continents before I get old.  From the Cantonese - speaking people of East China to diving in the Great Barrier Reef to the Reichstag and into Machu Picchu.  Mozambique has some amazing beaches and Cairo has the Sphinx.  Will I use united.com or kayak.com or aa.com?  Well, ... Yes!  I will use them all because I need them all to get me to experience the world and see it through other people's eyes.  R U ready?  Let's go!

Trip Advisor

Trip Advisor is a great website (with a grain of salt).  Look, read the reviews, and use some common sense.  The pictures are great and the reviews are good too.  You can email the people who write the reviews for the places/hotels.  Overall, it is worth getting to know.

Travel Immunizations-Advice

Need Typhoid or Yellow Fever?  Going to Asia or the Amazon?  Does the CDC recommend malaria pills?  Where can you get this protection?

Check your local health department!  They are not-for-profit most of the time.  I called around my area and only found for-profit places to get immunizations.  They require that you get a check up before they will give you the immunization shot or pills.  Not the case with health departments.

Health Departments sometimes have walk-in hours and other times require appointments.

What is a Mancation?

Have you heard of Girl's Nights Out?  Girl's Weekend Trips?

Well, recently, CNN reported on mancations?  Instead of a girl's weekend away to Vegas, men get together in NYC or San Juan or Cancun to relax and talk about men stuff (football, sports, cars, etc..)

http://www.cnn.com/2012/09/28/travel/mancation-drash

Last Year a long time buddy of mine went to Chichen Itza, Mexico (near Cancun) for a weekend.  We had a blast!

There should be Girl's Weekend Trips and Mancations!  Enjoy!

How to get a US Passport

http://travel.state.gov/passport/get/get_4855.html

It takes 1-2 months to get the passport in your mail box.  You can expedite it, but I don't recommend it.

I recommend going to a US Post Office that does passports and pictures.  Let them do it all.  Make sure you have copies of all identification and be prepared to wait at the post office.

$80 for the passport and ~ $15 for the picture (from the Post Office)
Where am I?

Want to see Pope Francesco/Francis in Vatican City?  I can help you and your spouse/friend get there!

Want to visit where the Pope grew up?  I can help you get there!

I am going to see the Pope later this year.  Not difficult for you all to do with enough planning and patience!

I like to travel using frequent flier miles!  It is just cheaper and gets me around a time or two a year.

With 60,000 United miles, I will travel to several locations in Europe this year for my anniversary trip.

Easy to do and I can help you customize your future European trip!  Your Asian trip!  Your Latin American trip!

Have any of you stayed at Park Hyatt hotels in the past?  They are Hyatt's top end hotels.

I stayed in the Park Hyatt Paris location last year and would highly recommend it.  Will be staying the Park Hyatt Milan in the near future.

After searching the web, I found Park Hyatt openings in Riviera Maya and in Los Cabos!  Pretty exciting.  If they are designated as Category 4 or below, you can get a free room from them each year if you have the Hyatt credit card.  The Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is supposed to be open in 2016.
